Core Values | Statement of Faith
Our Core Values
Guardian Academy believes the following to be essential values:
- Honor God – We live our lives in such a way as to bring God glory (1 Corinthians 10:31).
- Operate in the fruits of the Spirit – We actively demonstrate love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, with the greatest of these being love (Galatians 5:22-23).
- Guard our hearts – We stay alert and ensure that what we see, hear, and take in is God-honoring (Proverbs 4:23).
- Partner with parents – We encourage parents in their God-given responsibility of raising their children and come alongside them to help support, guide, and nurture their children (Proverbs 22:6).
- Develop spiritual giftings – We believe that God has called each of us to fulfill a specific place in the body of Christ and that as we teach and demonstrate the gifts of the Spirit, students will be encouraged and equipped in their own unique spiritual giftings (1 Corinthians 7:7).
